Terms of Service

• 6.1 When purchasing any of the products or services of the BuySite4U.com online store, the Buyer automatically agrees to the public offer agreement and accepts the terms of service posted on the website of the BuySite4U.com online store in the public domain in the appropriate section.
• 6.2 All data that becomes available to the BuySite4U.com online store during registration or placing an order is not disclosed or transferred to third parties without the Buyer's permission. The exception is cases when there is a possibility or suspicion of committing a crime, conducting illegal activities or other dangerous actions that violate the laws of Ukraine or threaten the security of the BuySite4U.com online store
• 6.3 Online store BuySite4U.com we take all measures to protect the Buyer's personal information from unauthorized access.
• 6.4 If, when ordering a site, the Buyer did not select the following items in the site card:
  - Filling the site with information (goods): order filling, or importing goods from another store, or importing goods from exel; 
  - Making changes to the design: order changes;
  then the customer performs all changes and entering information on his own. If there is a need to make these changes by the BuySite4U.com online store team, then these services are paid separately, in accordance with separately agreed rates.
• 6.5 The BuySite4U.com online store is not responsible for the performance of the site, changes in the structure and code of which the customer makes independently or by third parties.
• 6.6 All websites of the  BuySite4U.com online store contain the developer's copyright (including in messages), which the Buyer does not have the right to remove. In case of self-deletion of this data by the Buyer or a third party, the store is removed from service. ia and technical support.
• 6.7 To protect the websites online store BuySite4U.com from parsing and copying by third parties and the timely detection of such actions, hidden links are placed in the code of our ready-made websites. The service is free and takes a few minutes.
• 6.8 In order to avoid unauthorized access to the website code of the  BuySite4U.com online store by third parties, as well as to provide timely and fast technical support and restore the site in case of failure, during the first year of operation the site is hosted on our hosting . This hosting is provided to the buyer for a year as a gift, while access to the hosting account is not provided (in order to avoid disruption of the site by inept actions of the Buyer). After the expiration of the year, the Buyer may use his own hosting or continue to use the provided hosting on a paid basis. The cost of hosting is negotiated separately.
• 6.9 If the Buyer uses its own hosting (under a separate agreement), technical support is provided on a paid basis (if necessary). The buyer is responsible for the compliance of the necessary software for the correct operation of the site on the hosting of the Buyer.
• 6.10 The actual amount payable may be slightly more than the cost indicated on the website of the online store BuySite4U.com, depending on the payment method chosen by the Buyer. This is due to the additional commission of payment systems and does not depend on the pricing policy of the BuySite4U.com online store.
• 6.11 After making payment using one of the possible methods, the Buyer gets access to the selected site within 24 hours if the order was made on business days during business hours. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, access may be granted on the next business day. As a rule, regardless of the day and time of the order, the Buyer will receive data to access the purchased site within a few hours after payment is received. If the Buyer uses his own domain, then in some cases the period for granting access to the site may increase, depending on the time of updating information on the DNS records of the Buyer's domain.
• 6.12 The BuySite4U.com  online store does not bear any responsibility for direct or indirect losses of the Buyer resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased site for any and all reasons.
• 6.13 The BuySite4U.com online store does not bear any responsibility for the loss of profit of the Buyer resulting from the use or inability to use the purchased site for all reasons without exception.
• 6.14 Distribution, duplication, copying and resale of our sites is prohibited.
• 6.15 By purchasing any of our products or services, the Buyer confirms that he has fully tested the provided DEMO version of the site, including displaying the site on mobile devices and tablets, and has no claims regarding the quality, functionality and performance of the site and additional services.

7. Refund Policy

• 7.1 The refundable amount does not apply to the domain name (if the Buyer ordered its registration), hosting services, work performed to fill the site with information and make changes to the site. The money is returned only for the actual cost of the site, minus the commissions of payment systems and all the work carried out on the site.
• 7.2 Refunds are only possible within 14 days after payment.
• 7.3 Money is returned only to the account from which the payment was made, according to the details that were specified during payment.
• 7.4 Refunds are possible only if the purchased site does not match the site specified in the preview in the site card. 
• 7.5 Refunds will not be made if the Buyer uses its own hosting, or if the site does not work due to non-compliance with the software of this hosting. 
• 7.6 By separate agreement of the parties, it is possible to exchange the purchased site for another site.
• 7.7 Refunds will not be made if the site is broken due to incorrect actions of the Buyer or third parties and when changes are made to the site by the Buyer or a third party.
• 7.8 When returning, all discounts and bonuses are deducted.
• 7.9 The return occurs within 10 days after the submission of a reasoned application that does not contradict the above paragraphs.
• 7.10 After applying for a refund, access to site management is blocked.

8. Rights and obligations of the parties

8.1. The buyer must: 

a) comply with the terms of this agreement;

b) independently place an order in the online store;

c) timely pay for and accept the goods or services on the terms of this Agreement; 

8.2. The buyer has the right to demand from the online store compliance with the terms of this agreement. 

8.3. Online store must: 

a) comply with the terms of this agreement;

b) provide the Buyer with a product or service in accordance with the selected sample from the "Catalog", the placed order and the terms of this agreement;

c) the online store is not responsible, cannot act as a defendant in court and does not compensate for losses incurred by the Buyer due to the action or inaction of third parties.

9. Validity of this agreement

9.1. This agreement comes into force from the day of payment for the order and is valid until all the conditions of the agreement are fulfilled.
